ELA-

Phonics: We will learn to identify and say the sounds of Gg and Bb We will focus on the hard sound of g like we here in golf. We will read and spell words with these letters.

Sight Word: of Previously Learned Words: I, the, and, is, a, as, said, to, do

Handwriting: We will correctly write Gg and Bb.

Reading: We will read and discuss Thanksgiving/Fall stories.

Math- We will show ways to make 10. We will count to 50.

Social Studies- We will continue our unit on “Understanding the Past”.

Science-We will continue our unit on animals.

A few notes and reminders:

Please put names in all jackets and coats. Also, please follow the dress code about coats and jackets. ALL coats, hoodies, jackets, and pullovers have to be gray, black or navy. Also, sweatshirts have to be bought through the school.


“Goodies with Grands” for kindergarten is Thursday, November 13th.  Notes have been sent home.

Scholastic book fair is November 11th – 14th. Fliers have been sent home.

    Thanksgiving Break is Nov. 24 – Nov. 28th.
