The InvestED Dual Enrollment Program provides an opportunity for BCS students who may not meet all traditional eligibility requirements to still participate in dual enrollment courses. Through this program, students and families invest in their education by covering the cost of tuition, allowing students to earn college credit and gain valuable college experience while enrolled at BCS.

The AchievED Dual Enrollment Program allows qualified BCS students who meet university admission requirements to enroll in college courses while still in high school. Through this program, Beekman Charter School covers the cost of tuition, giving students the opportunity to earn college credit, take advanced coursework, and get a head start on their college and career goals.

If you have taken any Dual Enrollment classes:
If you have taken ANY Dual Enrollment, including Academic or JumpStart through institutions like ULM, LaTech, or Delta Community College (DCC); you will need to go to their website and follow their protocol for sending your transcripts to the location that you will be attending. The high school transcript from Beekman Charter will only be used for by colleges/universities for high school graduation verification in their specific enrollment process. In order for the college/university to give you credit for any dual enrollment, they must have an official transcripts directly from the institution you received the college credit from. If students are requesting transcripts during a semester and are needing to have their final grades to appear on their transcript, you must select “hold until grades are released” or something similar depending on the intuition. If you do not, your incomplete transcript will be sent and you will have to pay to have it sent again!
