STEP 1 - Setting up your password (only applies to accounts that have been registered prior!)
Forgot or not sure of your Username? Call us on 0508 000 346 (NZ) or 1300 000 346 (AU) to check.
Enter your username and select "Forgot Password?"
Enter your username and select "Reset Password".
You will receive an email into the "Username" inbox. Please click the link and follow the prompts.
Create your password and click "Update".
To enter the retailer portal please click the top right and select "Retailer".
STEP 2 - Creating a new warranty job (all outside of warranty jobs will be rejected).
Click "Add Job"
Fill in all required details:
Make sure to add Repair ID (store reference number) & End User Name so you can locate them when searching for jobs.
The location will autofill based on the store location you are logged into (make sure to check the details are correct).
Click the green "Add Job" button on the bottom left of the screen to proceed.
Job Created
Make sure to attach an image of the proof of purchase (without this the claim will be rejected).
You can add notes to the job on the bottom left and select the "Email this note to EGO Power Plus" to notify EGO support.
Once the job has been reviewed by EGO's support team the job status will move from Pending and the repairer details will show.
Once parts have been ordered and dispatched you will find a link to the tracking details to follow the status of the delivery.
STEP 3 - Review existing jobs.
To reach the home page please click the Beehiive logo to take you to the job overview page.
The default will automatically select your store based on your username. You can remove the filter to search for warranty jobs outside of your selected store.
You can search by your store reference number (only if you provided this number at job creation) or customer name etc from the search bar.
