Do I need to fill out the COVID 19 form even if I am virtual?

Yes, the COVID form must be filled out daily regardless if your child is at home learning or in school. You can find the COVID form in Genesis.

Where can my child find the login information for a website they would like to use?

All login information for our websites can be found in the envelope that was included in your bag you received at the beginning of the year. Inside the envelope should be a paper for each website that will need any login or password to play. If for some reason you can not find these, please email Mrs. Kelley to receive a new copy of your logins and passwords.

In XtraMath, my child would like to play without seeing the teacher or the timer. How can we hide them?

After you login, you can go to your child's settings and click "hide timer during student activities", or "hide teacher during student activities" and it will hide them. If you are having trouble finding these settings, please email Mrs. Kelley, she can change the settings for you.

What does my child need to bring to school during hybrid learning days?

Please make sure that your child has a fully charged computer device, charger, an extra mask, and water bottles. If any textbooks or workbooks are required Mrs. Kelley will communicate this ahead of time.

Can I switch my child from a cohort/hybrid learning to virtual learning?

Yes! You may switch from being in a cohort to going virtual at any point. However, you will not be able to switch back! Think about your choice carefully before asking to go virtual.

What device should my child bring to school during hybrid learning days?

Your child may bring their school issued Chromebook or laptop, or a personal Chromebook or laptop to school with them. If you do not have one, please contact technical support at:

If bringing personal device, your child will need to connect to the internet using a guest password. Please show your child ahead of time where the internet connection can be found.

If bringing a school issued device, it will automatically connect to the school internet.
