Google Keep is a free, simple, and versatile note-taking service from Google that acts as a digital space for quickly capturing thoughts, reminders, and lists across all your devices. It allows users to create notes in various formats, including text, checklists, voice recordings (which are automatically transcribed), and images all of which are displayed as color-coded, searchable cards that sync across the web, Android, and iOS platforms.

Please note: If more than one person in your household uses a Google Workspace/Google account on the same device, make sure each person signs out of their account when done. This will avoid the accidental creation of an assignment on dad's account or older sister's account. You'll see your email address in the upper right corner of the screen, click this and choose sign out.
