Google Forms is a free, web-based tool from Google that lets anyone easily create online surveys, registration forms, quizzes, and questionnaires without needing any coding skills. You can build a form by simply dragging and dropping different question types, customize its look, and then share it instantly via a link or email to collect responses from people on any device. As people fill out the form, their answers are collected and summarized in real-time, often presented in clear charts and graphs, and the data can be seamlessly exported to Google Sheets for deeper analysis and organization.

Bedford School District is a Google Workspace for Education District. All BSD employees and students have a Google for Education account. All BSD can access Google Workspace elements, including Google Forms from home by going to https://google.com and clicking on the Login button.  

Student Login Information (in SCHOOL):

In School, students access Google Forms from the waffle icon on their chromebooks or through the district ClassLink launchpad. 

Student Login Information (at HOME):

Go to https://google.com and click the Login button.

The student's email  is their ID# followed by @bedfordnhk12.net (for example: 9912345@bedfordnhk12.net).  

The password is the password provided to them at school. 

For those parents/guardians who are interested in seeing the work of their child, just ask your son/daughter to log in with their account or provide you with their password to showcase the work completed.

Staff Login Information:

The staff email  is their LastNameFirstInitial followed by @bedfordnhk12.net (for example: doej@bedfordnhk12.net).  

The password is the password staff provided to the BSD. 

Please note: If more than one person in your household uses a Google Workspace/Google account on the same device, make sure each person signs out of their account when done. This will avoid the accidental creation of an assignment on dad's account or older sister's account.  You'll see your email address in the upper right corner of the screen, click this and choose sign out.
