Physical Exams

Athletes cannot try-out, practice, and/or participate in any BHS sport without a current physical on file in the Athletic Department. Physical exams from a certified physician are valid for two (2) years based on the date of the physical exam. Physicals must cover the entire timeframe of the current season in which sport participation occurs. Athletes provide the Athletic Department a current copy of physical exam separate from the Nurse.
