Businesses/Restaurants FAQ 

How long is the total event (set-up, public hours, clean-up)?

Public hours for Taste of Bedford 2025 are 6-7:30 pm. However, businesses can start arriving to the Bedford High School cafeteria at 5 pm to prepare. Student volunteers will assist with any and all set-up and clean-up tasks. We will aim to get businesses packed up and ready to leave by 8:30 pm.

We will provide businesses with utensils (forks, spoons, knives) and serving utensils (serving spoons/tongs), as well as plates and napkins. If there are specific items your restaurant needs such as coolers or heat lamps, please plan to provide your own. However, feel free to speak with us about possible supplies you need from us!

Will Taste of Bedford provide utensils, etc?

What is the set-up and/or preparation time for tables?

This will depend on the food that each business is bringing (amount, type, etc). However, there will be many student volnteers ready to help you with set-up in order to ensure that you are ready for our event's beginning time at 6 pm.
