FitnessGram Testing:
Each FitnessGram Test is counted as a 10 point Summative; PACER, Curl Ups, Push-Ups, Trunk Lift and Sit and Reach. It will be about once per month in S1.
If you miss ANY FITNESSGRAM TEST you must make it up on during your class period during the make up day (usually the next class). If you miss that, you may do the attached "FitnessGram Make up Assignment" for half credit, unless you arrange a time to make it up before/after school with Mrs. White. If you have a medical reason, you may do the same assignment for full credit.
If you want to RE-DO your test on the make-up day, you may also do that to replace your original score. You may also arrange with Mrs. White to come before or after school. You may get 1 RE-DO of each test each round of testing.
