About Me

My name is Laken Moorefield, and I am the School Counselor at Bedford Elementary. I have a vast amount of counseling experience in the school setting as well as in outpatient and inpatient counseling. This will be my sixth year as a School Counselor. I have a Bachelor's of Psychology from Radford University and a Master's of Education in K-12 School Counseling from Liberty University. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my husband, our son, and our Golden Retriever named Brody.
