About Me

My name is Kelsey Grachan. This will be my fourth year at Otter River Elementary School, and I am looking forward to another great year! I graduated from James Madison University with my Master of Arts in Teaching. Go Dukes! I grew up in Bedford County and went to NLA, FMS, and JFHS. I love this area, and I am lucky I get to teach in such a beautiful place!

I am married to my best friend, Tyler Grachan. I have a Golden Retriever named Abby who I adore. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy going to football games, and fixing up our house! The beach and the outdoors are my favorite places to be!

I am super excited to be your child's teacher this year. I look forward to working together to ensure that your child has a great school year!
