Spelling

LESSON

The students will be given a new list of Spelling/Vocabulary words every two weeks.

• • The list includes 10 words.

  • Test will typically be given on Friday, unless otherwise noted because of school closing.

  • The Test will include the spelling and definition of each word.

Each day the students will be required to complete a “Word Work/Word of the Day” activity.

• • The student is responsible for turning it in daily.

For each set of words the students will have a 7 page “Homework” packet to complete.

• • The packet can be worked on at home and school during free time.

  • The student will have almost 2 weeks to work on this packet, as it is due before the test is given.

The Word List, Word Work, and Packet should be kept in the Spelling Folder.
