Meeting Challenges

What kinds of challenges do people face and how do they meet them?


Challenges can be physical or mental and that facing them can make people stronger. Think of challenges you have faced in school or at home. Think about how you have met those challenges. A good example of a mental challenge is studying for a test. Physical challenges may occur in sports or overcoming a limitation. Some may even be short term, such a a broken arm. Others may be permanent disabilities, such as blindness.
