If we can focus on our daily processes and make sure that each day we are doing the right things routinely, we will set ourselves on the path to achieve self actualization 

We must seek to replace the culture of obeying rules to one where we, as individuals, are capable of independently making decisions to be the best version of ourselves we can be

I am so happy to be part of Charleston House and it is a pleasure to welcome you here! Charleston House will be your home at Bede's. I will be here to support you and to listen to you. During my time in Charleston, I have been so impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere in the House. You will always find someone to listen to you here.
