He has treated more than 1,000 athletes, from the ages of 12 to 80. He believes there is no age limit to be able to participate safely and effectively in sports. Joe is an avid golfer and has brought his passion for golf to the therapy treatment floor by getting certified as a Functional Golf Specialist. When he isn’t on the therapy floor or in the fitness center you can find him hunting, fishing, or golfing.

Melissa Soco, Personal Trainer
Melissa has always had a sporty and adventurous spirit. She was involved in ballet, hip hop, volleyball, tennis and cheerleadering throughout her high school years. After high school, she enlisted in the army where she got her first taste of physical training. She was a squad leader which led her to realize her love for helping others. After the military, she was diagnosed with PTSD. She started studying the art of yoga and meditation as a form of therapy and ultimately found her true calling. Combining her fitness routine with mind, body and soul has helped to transform her not only physically but mentally as well. It is her goal to pass along as much knowledge to as many people as she can reach. Melissa is a certified ELITE Trainer through International Sports Science Association.
Melissa like to spend time with her kids in her down time. They enjoy road trips, hiking, camping and trying new things.
