What is Arbor?
Arbor is our central Management Information System that manages and processes all our data about students, parents/carers and staff in The Beckmead Trust
What is the Arbor Parent Portal and App?
The Arbor Parent Portal and Arbor App let parents register their child for a club or trip, book parents evening slots, and manage payments all from their phone or computer. Parents can also check in on their child’s attendance, behaviour and progress.
Please note not all these features have been enabled yet - see the top of this page for the latest features available from The Beckmead Trust.
If you are having difficulty using Arbor, please contact your school. Please do not contact Arbor support directly.
How to get into the Arbor Parent Portal and App
Look out for a welcome email from Arbor which you will receive from your school if they have your confirmed email address (You have a 96-hour window to action this email from Arbor)If you missed the window or need to get your login email sent again please contact your school office
Using a PC, home computer or laptop, access the email and follow the instructions to get set up.Please note, you need to set up your Arbor parent account in a normal browser so that you can enter your child’s date of birth when the pop-up window appears
Ensure you can securely remember your password
Save the School Arbor Log In page to your favourites so you can access it easily
Download the Parent Portal App to your mobile phone from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store
Use your log in information to access the Parent App and confirm your child’s date of birth if asked
Spend some time familiarising yourself with the Parent App
Whilst you can access Arbor from a browser window on an iPad, iPhone or another mobile device, it works better through the Parent App or via the Parent Portal on a computer.
