Options for your project

You have two choices for your project!! See below:

Choice #1:

A written essay of approximately 2500-3000 words AND the RPPF (reflections on planning and progress form--this is to be completed along the way!).

Choice #2:

A shorter essay (1500-2000 words), a creative project AND the RPPF (reflections on planning and progress form--this is to be completed along the way!). Creative options are:

1. A short film--maximum length 7 minutes. This film could take one of many formats--a documentary, drama, or news report. You could also submit the script in lieu of the film. This could be live action, animated, stop-motion, etc.

2. A spoken presentation--roughly 7 minutes. This would most likely be presented in your PPS class or our CP advisory.

3. An interview recorded on audio or in a video--also 7 minutes. You could submit a transcript of your interview instead as well.

4. A play--7 minutes. This could be recorded audio or video. You can also submit the script instead. The play should include two or more characters who are discussing/exploring aspects of your ethical issue.

5. A visual display or photo essay. This should have AT LEAST 15 annotated images related to/exploring your topic.

Please note that the content of your additional work in choice two, should be DIFFERENT than the content of your essay. In other words, you wouldn't want a play that basically summarized your written essay! The idea is that the additional content allows you some creative freedom in the exploration of your topic.
