"I'm sure you'll hear this a lot, but don't procrastinate like I did. Use the summer - it really is the best time to get your work done. I know people are going to stay up till some ungodly hour the morning that the final draft is due, but if you're going to do that don't find yourself having to delete five hundred words that morning - you're going to make mistakes that could have been avoided." - Anonymous
"Find a really good way to keep track of sources - especially for history, book page numbers need to be recorded, and all the citations should link the information in your essay to a source, so you need to be very specific and careful about recording them." - Madeleine Kelly
"My best tip is to set dates and times to work on the EE at a specific place (I did the library with my friends). That way, you know that that time is reserved only for that, and you're surrounded by resources. Also, when I was with my friends, we could go get lunch together afterwards which was fun." - Anonymous
"Pick something you enjoy learning about. Pick something that you could find information about easily or relatively easily. Do citations as you research and don't wait last minute to do them (do them correctly the first time). Break down the EE so you don't cram it all on a weekend ." - Anonymous
