Welcome to Mrs. Duke's 8th grade Honors ELA class

Welcome to 8th grade honors English Language Arts class! I am excited about a great year working with you! This is my 18th year teaching ELA and my 9th year teaching in Beavercreek City Schools.  My degree is in middle childhood education specializing in English and social studies, with a reading endorsement from Kent State University. My mission is to impart a love of reading, writing, and learning which will help all students succeed with his or her life goals.
