Power issue

• Open the chromebook

• Plug it in

• Let it sit for 10 seconds

• Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds (a really long time)

• Unplug it and shut the lid

• With the lid closed, plug in the power and watch the light on the left side of the chromebook

  • If the light flashes red, then goes solid red, leave it sit for several hours before trying anything else

  • If you see any white flash with the light, start over - this means the chromebook is trying to start up, and the charger can't charge fast enough to get it past what it needs to start
