Pay to Participate Fees and Due Dates

Amounts:

Beavercreek High School and Ferguson Hall Fees:

• Per-Sport Fee: $250.00

• Individual Cap: $500.00

• Family Cap: $750.00*

*It is the responsibility of the family to contact "Student Activities Clerk" at 937-458-2468 if the family maximum has been reached.

Due Dates:

* Fall:   All sports due Friday, September 13, 2024

How to Pay:

Pay 10TH - 12TH Grade Fees:

• Option 1: Pay online via Pay Schools Central (only for students who attend Beavercreek City Schools in person or virtually)

• Option 2: Cash or check payments for grades 10-12 may be sent in to BHS main office.

Pay 9TH Grade Fees:

• Option 1: Pay online via Pay Central

• Option 2: Cash or check payments for Ferguson Hall students may be sent in to the Ferguson Hall office.
