Volunteer Information

We anticipate an assortment of parent volunteer needs as the season gets underway. We will offer those opportunities to our awesome parent volunteers through SignUpGenius and advertise them through Final Forms. More info soon!

Please note we need both volunteer and some food/ drink donations!

Beavercreek Track and Field team will be hosting our first annual dinner for GWOC.
This brand new event is happening Tuesday, May 10th.

We are asking each family to sign up to bring 1 item for the pasta dinner.
Please drop off your items between 4:45- 5 pm in the Commons.
If you can stay and help serve please join us!
We will be finished by 6:30 pm.
