Beaver County School District Preschool

Qualifications:

Students will be registered on a first come first serve basis. Students enrolling in preschool must be 3-5 years old. A priority of enrollment will be given to students attending kindergarten in the fall. They must be of age by September 1st. Immunization records must be current with a copy given to the office along with a state-issued or country birth certificate to copy.

Transportation:

Parents are responsible for transporting students to and from preschool. Parents or babysitters MUST walk the student to the door each day.

Illness:

If a student becomes ill at school, parents will be contacted to pick up the student. Please do not send medication to the school unless it is approved by a doctor and proper forms are filled out with the school office. A sick child should remain home so others are not infected. Please notify the school office if your student will not be attending school.

Snack:

A light snack will be provided at preschool. Please let the teacher know of any food allergies.

Tuition and Registration:

All registration should be done through the school office. Tuition amounts are based on if you qualify for free or reduced lunch. Full tuition is $100, Reduced is $85 and Free is $75.

Preschool tuition is due the first day of each school year month (August-May). Make checks payable to either Milford Elementary School or Belknap Elementary School. Give payment to Mrs. Beacham in the front office at Belknap Elementary School (Beaver students) or Mrs. Montoya in the front office at Milford Elementary School (Milford students). A late notice will be issued after the 5th calendar day should tuition not be paid. After the 10th calendar day, a phone call will be issued. After the 20th calendar day, a certified letter will be sent. After the 30th calendar day, the preschool student will be dropped from the program and put at the bottom of the waiting list.

Hours:

Milford Preschool: Monday-Thursday AM Class: 8:00 am - 10:50 am, PM Class: 11:30-2:20 pm

Belknap Preschool: Monday - Thursday AM Class 8:05 am - 10:30 AM, PM Class: 11:30-2:30 pm

Students can attend up to 4 days per week (based on age, need and/or parent preference)
