What is SIS/Aspire?
Aspire is the record keeping system that Beaver County School District (BCSD) uses to keep track of attendance, grades and other education related data. Teachers take roll and enter grades. Parents can check grades, lunch balance, attendance of all of their children with one login. Students can check their own grades with their own account separate from their parents.
It should be noted, other districts also use SIS/Aspire and some students experience trouble logging in because they are attempting to login with BCSD credentials to some other district, resulting in an error. To ensure success please check to make sure students are logging in to the BCSD SIS/Aspire system with their proper BCSD credentials.
How does my student login to SIS?
Using any device go to: https://beaver.sedck12.org/,
Students login is their 50xxxx number, this can be obtained from any teacher or secretary,
Their password is generated using the same format as their Google email password.
How to create a parent SIS account
If you have not already done so, a parent can create a parent account to track all of their BCSD students. To do this a parent will need a valid email address and to know the birthday and at least one SIS number of one of their students.
