Our salon offers confirmations via text or email 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointments canceled less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled services.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will cancel your appointment and it will be considered a no-show. You will be charged 50% of the service price and be asked to reschedule. I always want to be able to give my clients the full time and attention needed to complete a full service.
