The Ohio Society of CPAs' Accounting Career Day at Cleveland State University - November 8

Good afternoon!

I wanted to reach out as I oversee Student Initiatives for The Ohio Society of CPAs and wanted to make you aware of our upcoming Accounting Career Day that will take place at Cleveland State University on November 8th from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. We’d love for you to share this opportunity with your students if at all possible! We will have a great lineup of accounting professionals and college students who will introduce high school students to a career in accounting – and give them the opportunity to learn about future career opportunities within the profession! Students will also get to meet professionals & future employers at the event. I am attaching a sample agenda and a flyer that you can share.

Lunch is included and there is there is no cost to attend the event due to the generosity of The Ohio CPA Foundation.

To register, students and teachers can complete our registration form here. If it is easier you, teachers can also email me a list of students to register. Most of our participating high schools bring their students by bus – we do have funding opportunities available for this if needed – just let me know. Students are able to register individually as well.

Thanks for helping us reach students who are interested in exploring accounting and business careers by sharing this opportunity. We hope to see your students at the event! Don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions about the program!

Thanks so much!

Becky

This is just a friendly reminder that our Real Talk virtual event series is back!
