Park Scholarship- NC STATE

This scholarship is for students who have applied to UNC or Duke. This scholarship connects Duke and UNC making it possible to take classes at both places! It is 8 semesters of full tuition, room board, and MORE!

Need based merit scholarship. Amount varies. See the website for very specific eligibility criteria. 

4 scholarships are awarded. See the link above for the application. If you need it printed, please let Mrs. Vansant know. 

DAR offers many different scholarships in different areas of study in varying amounts. Check out the link for specific scholarships!

Students must be currently registered in 4-H and have a strong record with 4-H as well as academically.

$4,000 scholarship for children or grandchildren of dues-paying Elks members.

Scholarship for student planinng to attend a post secondary program in NC in the fall. This application requires an essay. 

Students must be enrolling as a full time student in the Fall of 2027 at a participating NC college or university. Students must have at least a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and plan to return to a rural NC community upon graduating from college. This is a $3500, renewable for up to 4 years, scholarship.

This scholarship is open to any student who expects to enroll in a four-year college or university next fall and who meets eligibility requirements. This is a one-year (non-renewable) scholarship in the amount of $2,000.

This scholarship is open to any young woman who expects to enroll in a four-year college or university in North Carolina next fall, and who meets eligibility requirements. This is a one-year (non-renewable) scholarship in the amount of $2,000.

This scholarship is open to any student who expects to enroll in a four-year college or university next fall, plans to pursue a fine arts major, and who meets eligibility requirements. This is a one-year (non-renewable) scholarship in the amount of $2,000.

8 $5 000 per year ($20,000 total) university level scholarships and 4 $1,000 per year ($2,000 total) community college level scholarships are awarded to students who plan to pursue a career in agriculutre or an agriculture related field.

This scholarship is open to any student who expects to enroll in a two or four year college or university, pursue a degree in the field of education, and who meets eligibility requirements. This is a one-year (non-renewable) scholarship in the amount of $2,000.

This scholarship is for any student planning to continue their education after high school (degree, certificate, training program). Students should have good character, commitment to leadership, serve their community, and have a love for agriculture, wildlife, and the outdoors.

Link to multiple scholarships for students who have worked in a restaurant, are a child of restaurant employee, or demonstrate a passion for hospitality and tourism. 

8 $1000 scholarships are awarded. Applicants must have a legal guardian that is a member of the Tideland EMC. 

Scholarship for a child of an active, retired, or deceased NCSFA member OR for a student who is a volunteer firefighter and a NCSFA member. Scholarships are awarded for those attending 4 year and 2 year programs. 

$500 scholarship for a female planning to pursue a degree in education from a 4 year college/university. 

The Washington-Plymouth Alumnae Chapter will award 3 $600 scholarships for students planning to furhter their education.  

The local chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. offers a scholarship for students planning to attend a 4 year college/university. Check out the application for more info. 

RiverStreet offers scholarships for students planning to further their education after high school. Parent or guardian must have an active RiverStreet account. 

Students can apply that plan to attend a community college or a college/university. 

$1000 scholarship for student whose parent live in Belhaven High School district

Shadid Court No. 212 is giving a scholarship to students planning to further their education. Please read the application carefully. 

due April 1015 scholarships in the amount of $1000 for seniors that live in Beaufort county and plan to attend a 2 or 4 college

Scholarship in the amount of $1000 for students who plan to attend a college, university, community college, or technical institute. Preference is given to students who are residents of Beaufort county, a member of Farm Bureau, and plan to pursue a degree in agriculture. 

Scholarship in the amount of $500 for students who plan to attend a college, university, community college, or technical institute. Preference is given to students who are residents of Beaufort county, a member of Farm Bureau, and plan to pursue a degree in agriculture. 

Scholarship in the amount of $1000 for students who plan to attend a college, university, community college, or technical institute and pursue a degree in agriculture, home economics, or a related field. 

Scholarship in the amount of $1500 for students who plan to attend a college, university, community college, or technical institute and pursue a degree in agriculture, home economics, or a related field.

$2000 scholarship for a Northside Senior who attended Bath Elementary for at least 3 years, plans to attend a community college or univeristy and has at least a 3.0 GPA. 

Scholarship for a student planning to attend college that has lost a parent or legal guardian. 

$1500 scholarship for a student planning to further his/her education. 

$1000 scholarship for student who plans to attend a 4 year college, has at least a 3.5 GPA and loves America. 

Scholarship for NHS student planning to attend a 4 year college, who is active in school/community, and who has been closely affected by cancer (immediate family member). 

Students are asked to write a letter introducing themselves, what their educational plans are, and why they should receive the scholarship.

Students are asked to write an essay explaining why their community is important to them and how they plan to further their future community involvement.
