Toni Baez

Toni is a Chicago native, born in the Humboldt Park area. She has been working in the Chicago service industry for over 15 years, in the city's iconic music venues, breweries, and karaoke bars. She has served as General Manager and Beverage Director of Beat Kitchen Cantina Navy Pier for three years and has proudly created a drink menu that includes something for everyone at Navy Pier. 

FAVORITE MENU ITEM: Quesabirria, Chicken Chipotle Empanadas, and the Pork Belly Tacos. 

FAVORITE DRINK: Our Classic Margarita or a Guava Daiquiri. 

NAVY PIER RECOMMENDATIONS: "One of my favorite things to do around Navy Pier is take walks along the lake path, and I always recommend visitors take the architectural boat tour on the Chicago River."
