Yes! You can submit up to 5 claims on one form, although any claims submitted together will fall under the same Submission ID. They will still be processed individually.
When you submit claims through our online forms and provide an email we will send you an encrypted email with the Submission ID confirming your claims have been sent off to the payer. No Protected Health Information will be mentioned in our emails, only the Submission ID.

We recommended using our online system so it is easier for you to track the status of your claims, however, if you are having any trouble submitting online you may also submit through mail or fax.

No, we do not accept claims via email for security purposes. If you need to expedite a claim to us, please submit it through our online forms.
Please submit all IPR claims 28-30 units at a time. If a patient did not complete a full stay, submit for the max amount of units completed units.
Please submit IOP claims 13 units at a time to ensure correct billing. If a patient has completed less than 13 units and does not intend on continuing treatment, submit the for the max amount of completed units.
Please submit IOP claims 24 units at a time to ensure correct billing. If a patient has completed less than 24 units and does not intend on continuing treatment, submit the max amount of completed units.
We try to process claims as we receive them. Usually, claims are processed 24 to 48 hours after they are received, however, this applies only for claims that have been submitted following our guidelines. Sometimes claims may be put on hold if sent incorrectly or partially submitted
Once processed claims are sent to the payer. Payment should be received in roughly 30 business days. If payment has not been received please email sara@beatiteap.com
We will deny any claims that were not pre-approved by us. All treatment must be pre-authorized with a Beat It authorization code that we keep on file.
We see inquiries almost as soon as they come in and will try to get back to you ASAP. We ask you to give us at least 3 business days as our workload varies from week to week. However, we will likely get back to you within 24 hours
Yes! our inquiry forms have a section for you to type in a patient's name as well as their dates of service if you submitted your claims by other means.
Up to five patient inquiries can be submitted on one form. For each patient, you can include multiple dates of service as well
All in-network providers are given a password for claims submission, if you are in-network and do not have one please email sara@beatiteap.com. We are very strict on who is granted access so please provide identification.
