Leasing Information

Bean Ridge lands are not for sale. There are long-term leasing opportunities and we thank you for your interest. 

Please complete the lease application process before purchasing any structures on Bean Ridge land.

Those of you interested in leasing will be provided a form to fill out to have a background check completed, you may also download from this page. An application fee of $250.00 will be collected.

There is a map below for the recreational lots. The lots highlighted with yellow are currently leased. Recreational lease lots are available for $1,500.00 a year, payable semiannually or annually. 

Commercial lease lots are available for $8,400.00 a year, payable annually.  Please contact us for more information.
