In-Person Advocacy: Support workers accompany you to hospital appointments, police stations, and legal meetings.
Accountability: We help navigate systems to mitigate bias and ensure you receive trauma-informed care.
Specialist Links: We partner with local services to provide seamless referral pathways.
We are here to bridge the gap in support and promote long-term healing. To provide you better health and justice outcomes.

Finding the right support coordinator is about more than just managing a plan; it’s about finding someone who truly "gets" your journey. We provide specialized Level 1 and Level 2 Support Coordination as well as Psychosocial Recovery Coaching services, specializing in navigating the complexities of mental health and trauma.
We believe that support should be as unique as the participants we assist. Our practice is built on four core pillars:
Person-Centered: You are the expert in your own life. We work alongside you to ensure your NDIS plan reflects your personal goals, strengths, and aspirations.
Trauma-Informed: We understand the profound impact of trauma. Our approach prioritizes safety, choice, and empowerment, ensuring your support always feels respectful.
Women-Focused: Specialising in supporting women. We provide a dedicated space for women to feel heard. We understand the specific social, systemic, and personal challenges women face and provide a community of support that reflects that understanding.
Recovery-Oriented: We go beyond logistics. We work with you to build resilience, increase independence, and design a life that feels meaningful and connected.
Our Mission: To bridge the gap between "having a plan" and "living your life," providing the expert guidance needed to navigate the NDIS with confidence and grace.
"Offering Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching, I have practical experience as a disability and psychosocial support worker, both within and outside of the NDIS. I also have several years of experience as a case manager in the mental health sector and understand the importance of providing person-centred, holistic, trauma-informed support and advocating for participants, while respecting their autonomy.
I am currently studying a Bachelor's in Counselling, which provides a unique dual perspective: practical skills for coordinating support and advocating, along with therapeutic insight to communicate with empathy, care, and a trauma-informed approach. I have lived experience with neurodiversity and understand both its challenges and positive aspects.
I am proud and excited to be partnering with the Beacon of Hope Project, a organisation in the Illawarra that primarily supports women with a mission to empower them, specialising with those with psychosocial disabilities and/or trauma, to lead purposeful lives by amplifying dignity and purpose and helping create positive change, through several programs and initiative with a peer-led board and committee giving me ongoing lived experience insight.
