Y6 Exhibition

Hiya!

Dear Readers,

Welcome to my PYPX home page. To navigate, press the buttons on the side of the screen.

My name is Nelson Symmonds and I am a year 6 student at Beacon Hill Primary School.

My favourite thing in the whole world is way too hard to decide as I like a lot of things such as coding and Cat Videos. I live with my mum, my dad, and my sister in a flat in hong kong.

I am really proud of the fact that this year I made it to year six and I think I managed to do this because I kept trying and I did tasks to the best of my ability.

In Year 6, I enjoyed the science unit as we got to look at and do cool projects. My favourite project was the elephant toothpaste because it was satisfying to watch it rise out of the tube and then expand into a big BLOB. My experiment was related to heartbeat and exercise. So we got the person to do some exercise and then we measured their heartbeat afterwards to see how much faster their heart was beating.

I did not enjoy the year 6 immunisation, they said it felt like a mosquito bite but it turned out to feel way more painful.

I am a little bit worried about how year 7 is going to turn out and how my schedule will change. One thing I don’t want to happen is somehow I make a mess of my PYPX website. and I hope you enjoy it. I am really looking forward to secondary school because I want to make new friends and I will be in the same school as my sister again.

I would like to get involved with the same after school clubs as my sister too.

I hope that you enjoy my website. You will be able to get to know me more as a person and a learner and see what I've learned in my six years at this school. I’d also like to thank ALL of my teachers for supporting me at Beacon Hill.

I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you too. Thanks!

Sincerely,

Nelson Ryu Symmonds
