Help Make an Even Bigger Splash for Beach Park!

Welcome to Shark Weeks: Beach Park PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year, named in honor of our school mascot, Finn the leopard shark.

Our philosophy is to avoid asking families for money over the course of the year, through raffles or payment for field trips. We ask you ONCE in the year to support our school, and that’s all.

Our goal this year is to raise $85,000, which will help fund the programs, activities, and resources that make Beach Park such a special place for our students.

Every Family Counts

We hope 100% of Beach Park students participate in Shark Weeks—and participation doesn’t require a donation. Simply return the Shark Weeks form to your child’s teacher and let us know how your family plans to support the PTA.

Every student who returns a form gets to choose a small prize, and classes that reach 100% participation earn 10 minutes of extra recess!

Our recommended contribution is $500 per student, but every dollar makes a difference. PTA funds come from family donations and company matching. Donate today.

Double Your Impact
Many Bay Area employers match charitable donations. Check whether your company offers a matching program through Benevity, YourCause, or another platform. A $500 donation could become $1,000 for Beach Park!

Some employer programs may only match donations made during a specific time of year, such as Giving Tuesday, so find out how your contribution can be maximized for our school.
