True wellness extends beyond physical fitness, it nourishes the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit. My goal is to help students recognize that movement is not only a way to stay healthy, but also a powerful tool for building confidence, relieving stress, fostering connection, and living a more balanced, fulfilling life!
