The purpose of my classroom management plan is to create a safe, respectful, structured, and positive learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and prepared to learn. This plan establishes clear expectations, routines, procedures, and consequences so students understand what is expected of them and can take responsibility for their behavior and learning.
