Class overview

This year, students will continue to use many of the mathematics concepts learned in 6th grade and apply them to further understanding of the concepts. We will have many opportunities to learn mastery of each standard through individual classwork, group work, and to prove mastery through the district and state testing.

About me

I moved to North Carolina in 2021 with my husband, two dogs, and two cats. I grew up in St. Albans, Vermont, home of the Maple Festival and hockey capital (Go BFA!). I graduated from Bellows Free Academy high school in 1990, and worked there for 13 years before moving to North Carolina. I also coached JV cheerleading at BFA for 8 years, and judged cheerleading competitions for 5 years.

I am the youngest of seven siblings. I have one child, and one grandchild.

I am excited to work with everyone at LMS and to coach the cheer squad.
