I moved here from Yadkinville, NC in 2024 with my husband. We have a daughter who is a Sophomore at UNCW and a son who just graduated from ECU. I've been teaching for 29 years and look forward to continuing my career as a Starfish. 

I love animals, my family, Diet Coke, the beach and brownies. 

Ms. Higgins

Hi! I am Ms. Higgins. I have been teaching for 17 years and this is my first full year of teaching at Supply. I am super excited to be working with all of the fifth grade students in Social Studies. I am National Board Certified and have a master’s degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Supervision from UNCW. I grew up in Iowa and have been on the NC coast since 2000. I have two wonderful daughters, Zoe and Rue. I love music, being in nature, and photography. 

These are a few of my favorite things: Musicals, Diet Dr. Pepper, peanut M&Ms, The Packers, the color pink, and being cozy.

Ms. Zeidler 

I moved here from Minnesota 2 years ago and am loving living near the beach with the warm weather! Some things I enjoy doing are reading, playing tennis, cooking and being outside. This is my third year here at Supply and I'm excited for this school year and focusing on Science! 

A few of my favorite things are avocados, Crofton's Pretzels(as seen above), coffee, the beach and colorful pens.
