Shallotte Middle Athletics

We are looking forward to another exciting year of Pirate Athletics. Upcoming 6th grade students can participate in all sports EXCEPT FOOTBALL. This is an NC rule and not a BCS decision. Please note, in order to tryout and play a sport, the student must have a current physical and medical eligibility form completed and signed by a health care provider. Parents must create a DragonFly account and upload and electronically fill out ALL of the information to be 100% ready before the student will be allowed to tryout for any sport. We have completed the transition to DragonFly to maintain our athletic paperwork. Paperwork will no longer be accepted at the school. All sections of DragonFly will need to be completed prior to the tryout date in order for your student to be allowed to tryout. Only the Physical Examination Form and the Medical Eligibility Form must be uploaded after they have been completed, signed and dated by a doctor or physicians assistant. The remainder of the requirements must be completed digitally. 

You are responsible for making sure all information is up to date and your registration is complete.
