This is my 29th year of teaching. I first attended UNC-Wilmington, earning a degree in business. After working several years in advertising, I found myself at Salem College earning a Master's Degree in Education. I became a National Board Certified Teacher in 2000 and have maintained that certification.
I am originally from the Winston-Salem area, but have also called Raleigh, Cary, Wilmington, Shallotte, and finally Oak Island home.
