ABOUT MRS. WEIGOLD:
I live in Leland with my husband and our dog. We enjoy the beaches, kayaking, bike riding and spending time with friends & family. Our daughter lives near Raleigh with our two granddaughters. Our son lives in Charlotte. We travel quite often to Virginia to enjoy Virginia Tech sporting events and the activities surrounding the Virginia Tech campus.

NBHS Math Department Chairperson
I completed the teacher licensure program at NCSU.
I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics.
A Note to Students & Parents:
I feel lucky to be a part of the math department at NBHS for another year. The 2025-26 school year will be my 9th year at NBHS and the start of my 22nd year as a math teacher. Prior to beginning my career as a teacher, I was a software engineer and then I stayed home with my children for several years while tutoring high school math students. I believe in a TEAM approach to help each student reach their own personal level of greatest possible achievement.
