Career Development involves students, parents, teachers, counselors and members of the community helping students make informed choices about themselves and their future. This will be done through interest inventories, career cluster surveys, job search, college search and community members presenting information to students. By the time students are headed to High School, he/she should have a better understanding of how to achieve their post secondary goals.
