Welcome to 4th Grade! I am Emily Love, a 4th Grade ELA and Social Studies Teacher at Lincoln Elementary School! I have been teaching for 8 years with experience in Kindergarten, 1st Grade and 4th Grade. I am a 2018 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (Go Seahawks!) where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Coming from a family filled with teachers, my heart has always been drawn to education. My favorite part about teaching is the growth that I am able to see my students make over the course of a school year!

I was born and raised in Southeastern North Carolina, and I am so proud to call this area my home. I am married, and we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter and handsome baby boy! While I love teaching, being a mom is my favorite job by far. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my little family, baking a sweet treat, visiting new places and shopping at my favorite stores. 

It's going to be another fabulous year as a Leopard at Lincoln Elementary School!
