Hello, my name is Beth Hobbs and I am a kindergarten teacher at Town Creek Elementary School. I have been teaching for about eleven years and have taught all grades from pre-kindergarten through 4th grade. I moved to North Carolina 4 years ago. I have previously taught in Tennessee and Maryland. I received my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development and my master's degree in Literacy from Middle Tennessee State University. Teaching reading is my passion. When not teaching, you will find me enjoying the beach, a good book, and scrapbooking. I also love to spend time with my husband of 29 years and my three sons. My oldest son just got out of the Marines and is living in Tennessee. My middle son is in the Navy and stationed in Kings Bay, Georgia. My youngest son works for the Environmental Protection Agency in Augusta, Georgia.
