Hello, and Welcome!

This is my fourth year teaching and my third year in 2nd grade! I’ve previously taught in Wilmington and Surf City, and I’m so excited for my first year at VWES. I love finding ways to make learning fun and memorable for my students so they feel excited and confident each day. I live in the Southport area with my husband and our 3-year-old black lab, who keeps us on our toes!
