Ahoy, Sharks! I’ve been part of our Belville family since 2005, serving the EC department, and nearly 15 years in 5th grade reading. Prior to Belville, I taught K, 4th, and 7th & 8th grade reading. I received my degree from Southeastern University in Florida in 1994. I am licensed in elementary education, & special education; National Board Certified in childhood literacy; & certified in gifted education. Outside of school I love nothing more than to spend time with my family on the beach, working out, playing with our dog, and trying new adventures & foods!

I am currently serving our school as the AIG Coordinator. I collaborate with all staff to ensure we are continually and appropriately challenging our highest performers, as well as providing practice and learning opportunities that could spark the talents of all our sharks. Additionally, I still have the pleasure of working directly with some of our sharks. I teach a 5th grade ELA core class, as well as 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade WIN groups. Finally, I am excited about our school's implementation of the House System this year. I am in the House of Reveur - The House of Dreamers!
