Hello! I am very excited to be teaching 7th grade ELA at Cedar Grove this year. I started my career over twenty years ago in Guilford County Schools. I am passionate about helping students find their voice as readers and writers while building strong critical thinking skills.

When I am not teaching, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and exploring the North Carolina coast. I am thrilled to be a part of this community and I look forward to a great year of learning and growth with my students.
