I am excited to be your child's third grade teacher.  This is my nineteenth year teaching and my ninth here at Lincoln Elementary.  I've taught fourth, fifth, and sixth grade across two different continents!  I am married to Mrs. Griffiths, who is the reading interventionalist here at Lincoln.

Originally from Wales in the United Kingdom, where I taught elementary school for seven years, I moved to the USA in 2011 and taught sixth grade English for three years in Virginia.  

I received my teaching degree from the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, UK.  

The beach, ocean, reading and rugby are just some of my favorite things to do/watch.

We're going to have a great year of learning!  

Third grade is a big jump from 2nd grade but with all of the commitment and perseverance our students put in we can all be successful.  

We hold our students to high expectations and they always rise to them!  It’s going to be a great year in third grade!
