About me: This is my 15th year teaching at Shallotte Middle School  I was born in Greensboro North Carolina.  I studied at both North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.  I have spent much of my career as an ELA teacher, but I currently love teaching United States and North Caroina history!
