iReady Math is an interactive online program designed for K-5 students that helps build strong math skills. It offers personalized lessons that adapt to each child's learning level, covering topics like number sense, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and more. The program provides practice activities and assessments to reinforce concepts and track progress.

SPIRE is a research-based, structured literacy program designed to help struggling readers, especially those with dyslexia or other reading challenges. It focuses on systematic, explicit instruction in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. The program uses a multisensory approach, incorporating visual, auditory, and kinesthetic methods to ensure that students learn to read and understand text in a comprehensive way. SPIRE is designed for students in grades K-8 and can be tailored to meet the needs of individual learners. 

Sounds Sensible is a phonemic awareness program that emphasizes the development of foundational skills necessary for reading and writing. It helps children identify and manipulate sounds in words, which is crucial for decoding and encoding skills. The program includes activities that focus on rhyming, segmenting, blending, and isolating sounds. By strengthening these skills, Sounds Sensible supports early literacy development and prepares students for more advanced reading and writing instruction. It is typically used with young learners or those who need additional support in early literacy skills. 

Social Emotional Learning helps students develop essential skills like self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and responsible decision-making. Throughout my day, I incorporate SEL by fostering positive relationships, encouraging self-reflection, and modeling emotional regulation in both academic and social situations. I use real-time situations to provide immediate corrective feedback, guiding students to recognize and manage their emotions and behaviors. This approach not only supports students' emotional growth but also creates a classroom environment where they feel safe, understood, and empowered to thrive.
