About this Class 

This class is an advanced PE class. if you are looking to get a start into your fitness journey, looking to workout but the weight room is too scary? Well here will be your a good start for you. We will be going over the muscles in the body also try different types of workout, there will be a time where you ( the student) will have a chance to write a workout and put your fellow classmates through it. 


This course will take students through an array of aerobic and resistance training exercises to increase overall fitness. Exercises like Body weights, aerobics, yoga, Zumba, and circuit training will be used to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Students will also gain knowledge of how to build their own fitness plan to use in daily life and gain an understanding of the importance of physical fitness in living a healthier lifestyle that lasts a lifetime.
